Our polar stones are so well loved because we can use them in so many different ways. We use them for discussion and exploring different animals, printing in playdough, different kinds of sensory play, crayon rubbing, and as a part of small world setups even to add an extra element! They are such a sturdy resource and add so much benefit when we are looking at animals together!

Great resource! This is perfect for my Preppies! They love picking up the ladybug stones and counting the dots. They are durable and easy for little hands to manipulate. I have already of thought of many different uses for them in the classroom.

My 7 month old daughter loves these, she looks at them for hours and i am sure she is Learning about the shapes, colours and at the same time loves the touch and feel of the card. They’re bright and rich creamy colours, easy to use for any aged artist, And easy to clean up on all non porous surfaces it’s as simple as a wet cloth! We draw on loads of surfaces from paper to mirrors to rocks to our fav windows, when clean up is just as fun with the hose outside!

About Us
Hi, my name is Tania and I am the new owner of Treasure Trunk! Treasure Trunk is located in Mudgee, NSW. I purchased Treasure Trunk in 2023 while I was on maternity leave after having my third child. I am blessed with three gorgeous boys who keep me busy and a supportive husband who I am grateful for. I have been in the early childhood education industry for more than 15 years and currently work from home for a College with students studying their Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood as a Trainer and Assessor. I decided to purchase Treasure Trunk as this business supports my philosophy in children learning through play and Montessori learning as an approach I value when working with children. Having worked in Early Childhood for many years, I feel that parents and services often lack support in purchasing quality resources to share with children to influence quality play opportunities. Treasure Trunk stock a variety of Montessori (Inspired and Compatible) resources, Reggio Emilia and Waldorf resources and expanding on a baby range for early learning.
AIM/OBJECTIVE
Treasure Trunk will ensure that we source and sell resources which are affordable, open ended in nature (meaning used in multiple ways), educational and most importantly used by children for months and years with purpose for learning.
VISION/MISSION
Our plan is to continue to blog and share newsletters of my knowledge and skills with inspiration for play with people all around the world and I hope to open a store for people far and near to visit and purchase from the store and build relationships with customers.
